Dear spice lovers, friends and partners -
WHAT WOULD OUR
LIFE BE WITHOUT SPICES?
People who know me know that I’m a man who tells it like it is. In the kitchen, in my books or with my friends. I don’t mince my words and I’m extremely honest and direct. And I expect the same from the partners I work with as well.
Variety is the spice of life! Otherwise, cooking and cuisine would be really boring. My motto is that cooking is not an art, it’s a craft – without laws and rules. That’s what cooking means for me. I can combine the most unusual tastes, even if at first glance they don’t seem to go together at all.
I’m an absolute perfectionist when it comes to cooking and enjoying food. And when the focus is on top quality, credibility and sustainability, that’s what really matters and not the hype and the endless nonsense. As a chef, you’re dependent on the quality of the ingredients you have available for your dishes. Of course, I’m an absolute quality fanatic, a chef has to be.
That’s why, for me, it’s the small spice details that can tease out the best nuances in every dish. There are spices that I use again and again, and you can get these high-quality spices from us. And my wife Dani loves the STAY SPICED! Bruschetta Olive spice mixture even more than I do – she takes it along on every trip, otherwise there will be problems…
In the past months, we have spent many nights together with the entire team to rethink and reposition the basis of the spice factory. The entire discussion revolved around the philosophy of quality and the promise to make our spices 100% without flavor enhancers, without glutamate, without dyes and without artificial flavors. But we also worked very hard on the overall presentation, on the packaging and on the appearance of our shop and our website.
We developed a new STAY SPICED! brand under the umbrella of the SPICEWORLD spice factory – with a unique design, modern packaging including color coding for all spices and spice mixtures. We are now setting milestones in the fields of design, packaging and sustainability – and thus writing the next chapter in our spice success story.
