Refund policy

Return Conditions & Withdrawal:

a. For goods that are made to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs (private labeling), there is no right of withdrawal according to § 18 para. 1 no. 3 FAGG. This regulation applies to both entrepreneurs and consumers.

b. For the products distributed by Spiceworld, which are foodstuffs and therefore perishable goods or goods with a minimum shelf life, there is no right of withdrawal according to § 18 para. 1 no. 4 FAGG for contracts concluded by means of distance selling or outside business premises. This applies equally to entrepreneurs and consumers.

c. Contracts for products that are not foodstuffs may be revoked by the customer within 14 days without stating reasons. The period begins on the day on which the customer or a third party named by the customer, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods.

d. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (SPICEWORLD GmbH, Hannakstr. 1, 5023 Salzburg, AUSTRIA, Tel. +43 662 890919, Mail: support@stayspiced.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form attached to the order confirmation, but this is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

e. If a contract is revoked, the customer will be reimbursed for all payments made, including delivery costs for standard delivery, within 14 days of receipt of the notice of withdrawal. Additional costs for another type of delivery will not be reimbursed.

f. Spiceworld will use the same means of payment for the refund as used by the customer, unless otherwise expressly agreed. No fees will be charged for the refund. However, the refund may be withheld by Spiceworld until the goods have been received or proof of their dispatch has been provided.

g. The customer must return the goods within 14 days from sending the withdrawal declaration. It is sufficient for compliance with the deadline if the goods are sent before the expiry of the deadline. The return costs shall be borne by the customer.

h. The customer is not obliged to compensate for any loss in value of the goods if the loss in value is solely due to handling necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

i. Returned goods must be undamaged and, if they consist of several individual parts, also complete. Furthermore, the goods must be in their original and undamaged* packaging and securely packaged for transport.
*The packaging may only show such signs of use as are unavoidable for checking its conformity with the contract. The same standard must be applied as would be used when inspecting the goods in a st
